Western Micrographics & Imaging was created in 1971 by three dedicated employees with a vision of offering economical micrographic records management solutions. It grew quickly with numerous contracts from companies such as SDG & E, Cubic Corp., Solar Turbines and Rohr Inc. providing San Diego's government and commercial organizations with a new, single source for services and systems that address their document/data capture and management challenges.

Present owner Dave Nuding was initially hired to service these contracts. At only 17, he already had over two years of film experience. As the company grew, Dave became Supervising Production Manager, finally purchasing the company in 1984, and remains today, 33 years later, as it's President and CEO.

As time and technology grew, Western Micrographics expanded into equipment sales in the late 1980's, and now offers a full range of Digital Imaging services in the New Millennium. Our loyal production staff averages over 20 years experience each in the MIcrographics & Imaging business, thus providing our customers with the best trained, best qualified support available today.

For over thirty years, President Dave Nuding has been a leader in the imaging industry and it's attendant Associations: Past President of the San Diego chapter of AIIM for 6 years, and 3 years as an College accredited instructor, Dave's personal goal is to help our clients reduce costs, increase productivity and improve customer service. He accomplish this by implementing solutions that improve their ability to capture, store, access and share critical information.
